We had a brilliant day yesterday, painting benches and starting on putting up our festoon lighting. It was bright and sunny, and we all pulled together and had a fab day, listening to the radio and creating loveliness. We had toast and sarnies for lunch and waited for it to get dark so we could see the lights in action, and wow! They look so good!!! Thank you to everyone who volunteered to help us, we are looking forward to seeing you at our next volunteer day.
